This is a high quality one owner with lots of living space and outdoor storage.  The quality of the Crossroads company can be easily noticed on the inside and out of this unit.  The open concept living area has a free standing dinette, full size recliners, leeper sofa, fireplace and 50" TV.  The kitchen has a center island and a large seperate counter space for plenty of prep space. A large pantry, upgraded fridge, and lots of lighting. Moving up two steps you will find a large bathroom with a private entrance from the bedroom as wall as a hallway entrance.  Lots of counter space and cabinetry with an oversized shower makes this bath area better than average. A fantastic fan replaces the standard fan and makes a great difference.  The full size bedroom has a slide that extends further than others and allows for an amazing space at the foot of the bed.  Large closet and plenty of nice lighting.  
Outside you will find a large pass through storage space as well as a front storage area, oputdoor shower and utility area.  A large electric awning in great shape with LED lighting.  This 5th wheel is ready to go and travel.  It makes for a great home away from home and makes extended travel a real treat.  
A great size, with right around 35' feet and 10,000 pounds dry weight makes it easy to use and will meet most size limits for parks.    I look forward to showing and selling this 5th wheel, you wont be disappointed.
