Well maintained and cared for 5th Wheel for sale, recently detailed inside and out.  Sleeps 6 with fold-down loveseat and kitchenette, has a very comfortable king-sized mattress in the bedroom.  When it comes to setting up camp, one of it's best features is the Lippert 6-way hydraulic leveling system.  Leveling is taken care of with the simple push of a button.  To ensure electric power is always available for slides and leveling, an auxiliary battery has been added to the front compartment - there are two Interstate SRM-27 Marine/RV Deep Cycle batteries.  It has a good sized Dometic RV Refrigerator which runs on either electric or propane and a 3 burner stove, oven and microwave.  The entry way has been upgraded with Lippert's Solid Step which features a no bounce, manual steel step with aluminum treads and an extra wide top step for easy entry and exit.  All (3) holding tanks have been replaced and upgraded with more insulation and reinforcements.  The only reason we are selling is that we are soon to retire and have decided to go bigger. This RV will give you many years of camping comfort.
