Well maintained , New Onan Cummings 7000 watt generator  20 hours on max Air ride ,suspension,  Hydraulic  leveling  system, All tires  new in 2019, All couches , captains chairs, kitchen bench seats professional  upholstered in Feb 2020. Fabric awning and mount arms new in 2019. Best awning ever , last forever compared to the vynil ones. No leaks , ac units ice cold, everything works. Needs nothing. Only selling because purchased Toy Hauler. Great unit wont be disappointed.
