This is a  4018 40 foot RV and is one of a very few 40 footers with a tag axel on a Freightliner chassis 450 HP Turbo charged diesel with magic steer and surround cameras. It has about 5000 miles on. Has most of the available options including upgraded Italian heated tile floors, has been on only short trips by an elderly couple with no children nor smoker and has always been gararged when not on a trip.

 There are 2 closets, 6 drawers, and 4 door cabinet spaces along with TV across from king size bed with good storage under. Above head of bed their is 4 cabinets, and one tall one each side of bed. There are several drawers and a hanging closet in full bath across back of RV and a great shower that fits my 6’ 3’’ frame and a half bath up front. Our RV BEFORE THIS WAS A 45 Country Coach and this coach seems to have more storage and room. 

This coach can come with all of the owner items including tools, lawn chairs, picnic table, BBQ, dishes, linens etc -- ready to roll for even a first time user. It is set up to tow and a 2017 low mileage Grand Cherokee jeep is also available. Only selling because of age and health reasons.
