We bought in the fall of 2014 and the camper has been under an awning ever since. Very clean and in great condition. It has 2 slide outs. Dual zone AC. Freeze proof insulation. Electronic jacks. Lots of storage. It has a queen sized bed. 2 sections of the closet is for hanging clothes. Third section has three shelves. Also have an extra closet with shelves to right of large window. There are 5 reclining chairs. Great sized shower. We do not have a washer and dryer hook up. Please Note: Camper must be moved from current site. Awning is 22'x41'x10', selling it for $2,500 or best reasonable offer. We are willing to sell camper and awning as a package if someone is interested.
