Only the second owner of this 2007 model. Located on a seasonal campsite in Biglerville, PA. Selling the camper only in 'As-Is' condition. Full disclosure - there is water damage in the slideouts; mainly at the bottom corners. Third party inspection indicated that slideout seals should be repaired/replaced; mold remediation may be required. The camper has a musty odor when closed up for several days. Inspector did not observe any soft/mushy walls or roof leaks. Otherwise, a very spacious camper with great park model features - ceiling fans, full size refrigerator, free-standing furniture (sofa, dining table, etc), PLENTY of storage, washer/dryer hook-up, etc. Feel free to call with any specific questions.
