Tires and brakes are less than 2 yrs old.   Also notice the side does have a bubble( delam) from a previous leak - since repaired, , was there when we purchased and has not leaked since. We have maintained the roof and seals, I think if one continues to maintain the seals this rv will be very dry and safe. Well constructed.
