Description

It’s a one owner RV. Super nice inside and out. Nonsmokers and no pets. Was owned by a retired Boeing Engineer and they ordered it brand new right at the factory. Comes with a big book of detailed information, receipts and boxes of cleaning supplies, waxes and a buffer. Yes, he actually buffed the exterior walls. For being 17 years old it is super nice.

It’s a true four seasons RV. It’s spacious when all three slides are out and has a walk around queen bed upstairs. The kitchen and counter space is huge compared to most RV’s and that, amongst many other things was the selling point for us.

We looked for many months to find a nice unit to live in while our house was being built because we were told we could not have a dwelling space inside a shop. We redesigned the shop to be a single family home with enclosed garage and now we don’t need an alternative place to dwell in and we are reselling the trailer to pay for construction permits. It's a super nice trailer but it's not practical for the type of camping that we do when we get back to outdoor adventures.

We bought the trailer last July (2019) and have not used it as of yet. We hired a driver to tow it home for us as I didn’t have a truck that could tow it yet. You will need a ¾ or 1 ton preferably Turbo Diesel powered truck to tow it as it’s heavy.

I am also throwing in a Double Pivot Reese 15K Lb. 5th wheel hitch with the trailer.  The hitch does need bed floor mount rails and is based on the year make and model of your truck.

It is wired and built for a Generator and a stack-able washer and dryer but they were never installed.
