Things we recently done to the RV

• NEW Tinted Windows installed on most windows to reduce indoor summer temperatures.
• NEW 15,00 BTU AC Unit (biggest unit for this RV) Makes sure to keep your living room at confortable temperatures hot season.
• NEW Tankless INSTANT water heater. This model brought a small tank which we had to wait for long times and wouldnt last, not anymore! water comes hot after just a few seconds and lasts as long as you have proprane!
• NEW 2 Deep cycle batteries.
• NEW headlights
• A lot of life in the tires! 
• Upgraded the dining room for a wider setup to have enough space to work comfortably.
• Removed all carpet from the unit, and replaced with a wooden vinyl planks that are easily replaced and easier to clean than carpet.
• Upgraded the living room sofa to accomodate a sofa bed with a true queen size bed, no more uncomfortable guests from the smaller original sofabed.
• handbuilt a pantry to store all your food and spices, located where there used to be just a door between the living room and the bathroom, now it counts for more storage space than originally had.
• Modified the dash area to match the rest of the RV look.
• Replaced all the dirty fabric window covers and installed blackout rolling window covers that dont accumulate as much dust and are a breeze to operate, if you ever owned an rv you know how delicate and difficult the original window covers are.
• 4 small tables setup for meals or to have tables for your drinks.
• Comes with a Screen for a projector! (movie night, anyone? It has installation points in the living room and in the bedroom, so you can enjoy a big screen without the need for a big tv!)

Be careful with RV's that are a little older and have very low miles and that means they probably have been sitting for a long time!, not this beauty. We have put miles on it, and it has always shown to be a reliable and enjoyable unit.
