You will never go back to climbing skinny ladders and hoping nobody falls off again! It is truly a game changer. The Party Deck is very quick and easy to setup and take down. It literally takes less than 5 minutes. This unit has new tires and is a low mileage, dependable motorhome. We are the second owners and added the Party Deck several years ago to keep our children (and ourselves) safe on top. The children are grown and our lives have changed. We have only used this motorhome once per year for the past 5 years to go to Daytona for the races and can no longer justify owning it. Even though it is an older unit, everything works and it is more than comfortable. Believe me, the Party Deck is what makes this motorhome super special.
