This unit was adjusted to our requests.  Draws under table seat in place of cabinets  And added storage shelf above the queen size bed.

Unit comes with all hoses, electric cables, water hoses, waste drains (with bridge) and Anderson leveling blocks. Includes large mat rug for outside under the awning.  

The awning has auto close if wind kick up.   Electric brakes on trailer, requires a controller (the controller I have could be rewired). If you want it.

Pull out bin (access from both sides).  Includes extra adjustable step.  Has back up camera.  Out side shower hose.  

The Lance has windows that have pull up shades and bug screens.  ALL window can be used as an exit, if needed.

Radio/dvd play w/remote control.   

Programable tongue jack.  

The trailer stocked with light weight dishes and cooking pots, that include, if wanted.
