This is a light-weight (I pulled it with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 SUV) camper trailer that has been well taken care of and has traveled less than 1000 miles. It was primarily used as a home-office. The murphy bed is perfect for this. The formal listing from Forest River states it sleeps 4 but I think it is more like 3 - camper queen size bed and the table lays out into a twin-size bed. Perfect for weekend getaways or for cross-country trips. LOTS of storage - the main reason I bought this size and not the next one up. It also has the EAZ-Lift ReCurve 1000lb stabilizing hitch and sway bars - retails for about $700. I've also got some Andersen magnetic RV jack blocks, jack pads, and wheel chocks - all included! It's camp-ready!
