Description

SALE PENDING

We bought this motor home new in November 2018, and have used it to scout for a winter retirement home.  After looking at dozens of class A and Class C motor homes, we chose this one because it has a great floor plan, great storage, and upgraded features that we like. For example:

  • Ford V10 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission are excellent and smooth.
  • Upgraded JayRide plus suspension; this drives more like a pickup truck than a motor home.
  • 4000 W Onan quiet generator (less than 40 hours on the generator!).
  • 1,000 W inverter allows you to watch TV and charge phones (or e-bike batteries) off grid.
  • Nice looking interior.  Classy, and doesn't look like a casino.
  • Large wardrobe and lots of drawer space in the master bedroom. No problem packing clothes for a few weeks without washing.
  • Good kitchen space with good-size refrigerator, counter space, pantry, gas oven, microwave, double sink, and 3 burner stove. Counter space can be increased by putting covers over sink.
  • Nice sized bathroom area with normal-sized shower. Bathroom door latches to convert rear of motor home to a bed/bath 'suite'.
  • Great exterior storage.
  • Perfectly usable without opening the slides for a quick lunch stop or parking lot overnighter.
  • Nice water management panel and water filter.
  • Receiver hitch with 7,500 pound towing capacity.
  • Automatic hydraulic leveling system.
  • Heat pump. If you're staying at an RV park, you can use their electricity to heat instead of your propane (if it's above freezing).
  • Power management system that will shed loads automatically instead of tripping the RV park breaker.
  • Just the right size. Much more manageable than our previous 42 foot luxury diesel pusher.
  • Sleeps 6 adults (queen bed, over cab queen, sofa sleeper) and 2 kids (dining table converts to bed).

We had 200 watts of solar panels installed, along with a top of the line Bogart solar controller and 2 Trojan 6 volt batteries.

We've found our perfect spot, so it's time to sell.  We've priced at the low end of the market and below average NADA book.

A few notes:
The front windshield is currently cracked, but will be replaced (that's life in Idaho). The e-bikes aren't included in this sale.  We love the RV, and will continue to use it as long as we own it, so the mileage will increase over the next few weeks.
