This rig has been used very lightly by a non-smoker, 75 year-old single man, it has less than 2000 actual over-the-road miles on it. (one trip from Bozeman Montana to Olympia Washington and back). It was winterized at an RV dealer, and has not been used since 2018.  I had a trailer hitch, complete with trailer plug professionally installed on the back, suitable for hauling a SMALL fishing boat, (in those states where multiple trailer connections are allowed),  or in my own case , a hitch-haul unit for hauling misc. "stuff". The outside barbecue station has never been used, nor has the Maserator septic system, or the back-up camera system. This is a super clean unit, very lightly used, but un-needed by me since I built a new place in Montana.  Do yourself a favor and check it out.  I am already priced under market value, so I am "firm" on my price.  Happy Trails to you.  P.S.I'm not sure how they measure the "length" on these things, but physically measuring, it is 41 ft. from the very front to the very rear.  Also, in my humble  opinion, a rig this size is perfect for going someplace where you are going to stay for some time, not so much for daily hook-up and go type stuff, but that's just MY OPINION.
