New brakes all around - 8/20! New Serpintine belt 2018 (as routine maintainance).  New House Batteries (1.5 yrs).  New Carburator on generator in Feb.  Oil changed regularly.

Under carriage is immaculant!  Tires are in great shape!

Lazy Daze RVs are slimline - no slide-outs / only 10' high / aerodynamic.  No auto levelers; manual awning.

I fell in love with this Lazy Daze because of the quality, windows and ease of driving.  It is being sold because I work on the road and need a bigger unit.
