I purchased this RV February of this year new at Holiday World of Alvarado Texas.
I bought it to live in while doing contract work for power companies.
I figured I'd be doing my current work for longer but I've had a great opportunity come up back home in FL.
I will be living in this RV at a camp ground across from the Meadow Lake Airport until it is purchased.
The camp site can be transferred and the rent is $600.
I will then load up a rental car, hand over the keys and head back home.
The RV came with a 3 year warranty which is still transferable.
Everything functions as it were new and by using it all the time rather than leaving it to sit, everything is regularly exercised and kept in good functional use.
I am a clean individual so I don't believe there to be any funky smells or anything.

I applied a UV protection product to the roof in April of this year.
I then installed a vent cover for the Maxxair fan in the living room. The vent in the bathroom came with a cover.
After sleeping in the RV for a few nights, I found the mattress and underlying plywood to be insufficient.
So, I removed the 1/4" plywood underlayment and installed 5/8" plywood.
I also cut the size down from camper king to a regular queen.
The new mattress is a queen Ashley model, not too firm nor too soft in my opinion.
The bed frame is now super firm with no give and the queen size allows more room to maneuver around the bedroom.
I changed the shower head to an Oxygenics model which is an amazing improvement over the factory included model.
Unit has auto level system which is amazing.

50' Freshwater hose and 90 degree elbow for attachment at RV
30' of Sewer hose and a slinky device to hold it angled and it place.
4 way lug wrench and unused spare tire
3 Heavy triangle collapsible roadside markers
A Frigidaire counter top ice maker
A Swiffer wet jet and a small Bissell vacuum
Carpets at doorway, living room and bathroom
Kitchen trash can
Dish rack and mat
All of which are relatively new and in such condition.
