2019 Grand Design 367BHS for sale right outside of Houston, TX. Fifth wheel has queen bed in master as well as Splendidd vented washer/dryer combo unit installed. Has a second A/C unit that was factory installed. A custom bunk was built and installed to replace the couch in the bunk room, which was perfect for our two kiddos (we do not have the couch any longer). The hitch was upgraded to a Reese Goosebox. Tires were an upgrade as well to G rated tires. There is also a WiFi Ranger (WiFi Booster) that was put in as well as a We Boost Cell Booster. The windows were all tinted with ceramic tint to cut down on rising temps. We also reconstructed the stairs for a good amount of shoe storage. Upgraded faucet in the bathroom as well. Couches are in amazing condition with really no wear. Front storage area has a blemish due to the tail gate of our truck having a malfunction, but we have a new door on order from the factory to replace this one.
