Our 2016 3150 RL was purchased new in June of 2017. My wife is a travel nurse and this unit usually sits for 6 months or more. We will be finishing building our new house this winter and that is the reason for this sale. We have lived full-time in this 5th wheel, but did winterize and park it for 6 months this winter. We have one small dog and have been very gentle on this unit. The microwave/convection oven was upgraded 16 months ago. The wheel bearings were inspected and repacked 18 months ago. The AC units have been cleaned and inspected each spring. 
This unit is covered by an extended warranty (2+ years remaining) that will transfer to the new owner that covers anything with a $100.00 deductable. 
This is a 4 Season RV has heated holding tanks and is rated to operate up to zero. We added a combo LG washer/dryer, have a Progressive circuit breaker included in the sale($325.00). We've replaced the original bad mattress with a very nice memory foam mattress.
