** CREAM PUFF ** Look no further! Original owner and Retired Navy. ONLY used on weekends - has not been lived in (although it was made for that), and has not been full timed in or "lived in." Looking for that ultra cared for rig that gets washed weekly during its summer use? Our rig is as clean and immaculate as they come from folks OCD like you are. We clean and wash the roof at least once a month. When its stored, it has a top of the line cover shed over it, then gets stored under our 41' RV cover. The roof you might ask? Immaculate. There only a few minor scratches that I would have to point out to you. The interior - WE DONT WEAR OUR SHOES just like at home. SMOKE FREE. NEW KING BED! Leather recliners and couch are pristine. The entire interior is a 9/10. We clean our cabinets, windows, and screens OFTEN - vacuum more than most people do their own homes. When we bought it, we bought the Duratain sealent for outer and undercarriage for the rig when new. It has a 3 burner stove, LARGE convection oven microwave, center island sink, solid surface counter tops, rear entertainment with surround sound, and hidden LED TV that has electric up/down. Firepolace with heat & fan (if you want heat or just ambiance), ceiling fan, extra high ceilings (check them out!), fantastic fan, Outfitted for generator. Plumbed for washer/dryer hookup. Porcelain toilet which is not standard. Satellite and cable ready for master bedroom, living room,, and basement Many, many extras. Two of the chairs are still stored under the bed, never used. New(er) awning which we dont even use. Original manuals. Remote control for features. Auto level. Too much to list and a lot of extras.

Why are we selling? Its that time in our life to get a Class A motorhome and shed some "things" in our life and enjoy retirement that is on the horizon. Otherwise, we would keep it!
