Nice fifth wheel with bunkhouse.  Lots of space! 

One family owner, purchased new in December 2012.  No pets or smoking.

Let's talk about the outside.  Outdoor kitchen includes sink, microwave and a hook up for tv.  There is a bracket outside at the back of the camper for a small grill.  Grill is included.  Outdoor fridge (in these photos, it is shown accessible from the deck area).  Outdoor entry into the rear bathroom.  Four slide outs, all work great.  Decals show no fading.  Outdoor shower.  Electric awning.  Front electric landing jacks and heavy duty rear stabilizer jacks.  Winter package includes seamless, corrugated, heated and enclosed underbelly/tanks & gate valves. There are a couple of spots that have received some minor cosmetic damage.  On the corner of one slide you'll notice where a young rookie go kart driver didn't quite figure out the brakes in time and used the camper to come to a stop (only the camper was injured).  The other spot is at the rear, which came into contact with the deck last year when were pulling out of our spot and cut a little too short.  You will also see some rippling on the door of the outdoor kitchen, which we've been told, the door can be replaced.  All shown in pictures.  The tires are original, but do not have many miles, as this unit mostly stayed at our permanent site.

Moving to the inside, lots of features include two bathrooms, fire place, rear bunk house with lots of space.  Four bunks in back and plenty of storage for all the kiddos needful things. Hook-up for TV/DVD in back.  Rear half bath, opens to the outside.  

The living area also has plenty of room with wrap around booth seating.  The dining table is sturdy and folds down into a decent bed.  Couch folds out into comfy air mattress bed, which has electric pump to inflate and deflate mattress and will sleep two comfortably.  Check out the fire place!  Plenty of storage space in the kitchen area.   Inside the main entry, to the right, you'll see the steps up to the main bathroom and bedroom.  Corner shower and more decent storage in the bathroom.  Main bedroom has King size bed and large closet, including washer/dryer hook-up.  A couple of the floor vents are cracked, but otherwise this camper is clean and well taken care of.  

Our family loves this camper and has made many memories in it.  We're looking to sell, as we've decided to look for a motorhome style to enjoy a different type of travel adventures.
