The trailer comes with a new cover and 50 amp surge protector.  It also has an electric awning, outside speakers and outside stove.
The trailer also has a heater fireplace, AC, and furnace.  Plenty of outside and inside storage. Magnetic storage doors on outside storage. Shower has domed roof for more heighth room.  The TV area has a DVD and CD player with storage room for both.  There is also an electric jack to hook up camper.
