The 37RKOK Sandpiper fifth wheel by Forest River offers a rear kitchen area and an outdoor kitchen.

Stepping inside the rear entrance, you will be in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, lots of counter space, three burner range, microwave, and a double kitchen sink.

The living area has two slides, the first slide has a tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa and two recliner chairs. The other slide has a free-standing dinette and an entertainment center with a fireplace below. In the corner of the living area, there is a large coat closet.

Stepping up the stairs, the bathroom is on the right. Inside you will find a sink, walk-in shower with seat, and toilet and wardrobe which can store towels or toiletries.

The bedroom has king bed and nightstand slide. There is a large wardrobe that is prepped for a washer and dryer, and in the corner of the room you will find a dresser.

Push button awning makes this so easy and a double air unit. Cool in the living room by day and completely cooled at bed time.

You will find plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the fifth wheel, as well as a large exterior pass thru storage
Outside you can enjoy the exterior kitchen which has a refrigerator and a drop down TV and an attached grill plus more!

This unit is currently at The Oaks Campground in Munith Michigan. It is on an annual lot with a large deck and shed. It can be left on that lot with a lease signed or removed. 1 year free lot rent will go with the new owner if interestedin seasonal camping. This does not include the monthly electric bill. The park is open April 15 thru Oct 15th each year . After the water goes off there is a bathhouse open all winter. The unit can be used on the weekends in the winter.
