This unit is a quality built RV. Maintained. Stored inside. We only wish to sell because of health issues and the size of the unit. We need to down size. The "box" size is 22', the overall length is 24'-25'. There is an island bed in the rear, a dinette in the right slide, and refrigerator, microwave and cooktop/oven in left slide. An island, with sink, is between the slides. The bath and nice storage are in the front. There is considerable storage in this unit. The wall between the bedroom and living area contains the TV and tons of cabinet space. It comes with the Thermal Package (extends your camping season), Interior Camping Package, Exterior Camping Package, Correct Track, Aluminum Wheels and a Fastway E2 Load Equalizing Hitch / Anti-Sway. No problem pulled behind my Ram 1500. One slide out is under the awning and the other has a retractable cover that we added. The roof vents have added cover. The floor is aluminum and will never get spongy. All the manuals for all of the appliances and RV 'stuff' are in a binder. Too much info to list. Check last photo for more.
