Very Very nice and clean coach. It has not been smoked in ever. Has never been lived in for more than 30 days at a time. It has lived in California most its life. The exterior is still in awesome shape and not showing any wear from sun or rain. The motorhome has no water leaks. Everything works!!!!!

This has been my personal motorhome. I am a very small dealer that deals in a few cars/boats/motorhomes. I am very picky and very honest.
