This 35' 2001 Winnebago Adventurer Class A 35U. In great condition overall, does need a few items to be repaired or updated. 4 new tires, d/t weathering and not over use, still have plenty of tread. o-ring on a hose in the front needs replaced; I was told this is a simple fix. Exhaust manifold. Outside is in good condition but does need to be buffed out, so it has a nice shine again. Awning (canvas part only) needs to be replaced. I have someone showing the RV for me, as I live outside of Utah (where it is being stored). If you're wanting to see the RV, please give more than a few hours notice, so I may arrange with the person showing it. I used this RV for 2.5 years while doing travel nursing.
