Selling this for my parents. It sat for the winter and spun a barring when attempted to start it in spring. Has a new parking brake and seals. The generator needs its car cleaned. The generator has not been started in a couple of years. The toilet is new but seems loose. The furnace breaker trips because the squirrel cage needs a new barring. The passenger mirror needs to be fixed.
