I am selling my 2019 Rockwood Roo 235s. I purchased the unit new in November of 2018. It does have an exterior kitchen with 4 cu. ft. refrigerator and fold out stove.  The trailer does come with a shelf and has from that site on a rail beside the exterior kitchen. The bunk ends are full size written mattresses and the couch folds out into a double bed. It does have a 43 inch TV that folds out from the wardrobe to reveal more storage. It does have a corner shower and 6 gallon gas/electric dsi water heater. It also includes an electric fireplace under the TV as well as an external TV mount at the exterior kitchen.
