A murphy queen bed, full size bunks, and a fold down dinette bed provide ample space (sleeps 6) for you to relax and unwind after a fun day of adventure. We are selling it with all of the essentials so that you are ready to hit the open road. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Also included is a single cup Kuerig and a 12 cup coffee pot with coffee mugs. Each bed has sheets, blankets, pillows, and mattress/pillow protectors. The queen bed has 3 inch gel memory foam topper and an extra blanket. The bunks are each equipped with a mini fan for added comfort, electric plugs with a USB port to keep devices charged, and a privacy curtain. Even the bathroom is ready to meet your needs with a set of four towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. The camper features an electric awning with remote controlled LED color changing lights, a bluetooth radio, and a mounted smart TV with remote which all stays with the camper as well.Then take advantage of the camping chairs, and grilling pots/utensils.
With a dry weight at just 4060 lbs., this is camping made easy!

The hitch jack on the trailer is a hand crank, there are two permanently mounted stabilizer jacks, and two additional stabilizer jacks with power drill for easy set up will be included. Black water line, clear elbow, 30 amp cord (built in), surge protector, 2 water hoses, cable cord, extra extension cord, wheel blocks, leveling blocks, 2" ball hitch with weight distributing anti-sway bars all included.
