This has been a fantastic coach for our family and is in immaculate condition.  I am insanely particular about how I keep my things, so this coach is in as close to brand new condition as you can get, and detailed thoroughly before and after each use.
Ceramic coated last fall also, which consists of a 7 stage buffing, polishing and application process.  The paint literally looks BETTER than it did when it was brand new.  This is a $10,000 option, and was totally worth it.  We get compliments on the paint everywhere, the ceramic coating also makes the coach significantly easier to keep clean.  Bugs wipe of the front easier than ever, and the finish resists surface scratches as well.   The best part. no need to wax the coach any more.   Simply wash it as needed, that’s it. 

We just bought brand new top of the line Crown AGM batteries (no need to fill with water any more) and bought all brand new Yokohama tires - all in the last 30 days.  (The Yokohama’s are far superior to the factory Goodyears.  Not only are they significantly quieter, they also ride much smoother and will last longer.)

• Tow braking system added. (For towing trailers)
• Upgraded shower head

We have spared no expense keeping this coach in new condition.  Drives perfectly.  I have also spent a lot of time eliminating every squeak, so it’s the quietest Fleetwood you’ll ever drive.  
First $179,500 takes it home.  It's priced fairly considering the condition and all of the extra goodies we’ve added to it since we’ve owned it.
