Selling our 2017 Roadtrek CS Adventurous XL 4x4. The chassis is a Mercedes Benz Class B 3500 with the coach made by Roadtrek out of Canada. This model is very hard to find as it is the 4x4 170 XL giving it an extra 18" in the back versus other Sprinters. This adds more storage in the back, separates the sleeping area from the back doors, drop down extra storage cabinet. We've owned a lot of vans and spent a lot of time building this with all the additional features that are reliable and work well in all conditions. Only one owner, no smoking, no pets, no accidents and clean carfax. The van has averaged about 16,000 miles per year and was stored every winter. Miles were road trips in California to see family/friends,CO,UT. This size van is also a lot more stable vs the shorter versions especially when loaded with water, gas and gear for a trip. Sleeps 2 perfectly, can add a small child on bed and/or 3rd seat can convert into a bed with passenger seat. You will need to get the bed kit for this. Can seat 6 people with seat belts. The 3rd seat is interchangeable with an armoire we purchased. The armoire is currently in the van but can be switched to the 3rd seat if needed.
The bed in the back is automatic push button and opens up to a king size bed. The van includes a headboard/divider for the back storage area with the extra length. As well as the drop down storage compartment above the bed that only comes in the XL! The XL is very easy to drive and can go through any parking lot, great on Highways, very smooth and very easy to drive/park in shopping centers. This RV gets about 18 miles per gallon, diesel! We selected this layout/floor plan as it had the most storage out of other sprinter class b RV's on the market.
Simple pleasures include a full bathroom, an indoor as well as an outdoor shower, 2 burner propane stove, separate refrigerator/freezer, double filtered drinking water, on demand hot water for drinking, heated floors, heated captains seats, electronic fold down bed, electronic drop down storage, and more. This vehicle was built to go off-grid, it has plenty of solar and batteries on board that power you for a long time. The vans power supply has 8 AGM batteries with 10,000watts that is also charged by a second alternator - which is unique to these vehicles, No LOUD GENERATORS! A hands free 400 watt solar system that also maintains power to the batteries.
