The one in the main living area (30,000 BTU) is ducted for better air distribution and the second 13,500 BTU unit is in the bedroom.  The primary A/C unit is also a heat pump for those cool nights. On cold nights there’s a central ducted 35,000 BTU furnace to keep you warm. The fireplace is also an electric heater.  Additional information:
