Beautifully maintained and lightly used Fleetwood Southwind with low miles. New Toyo Tires! Lots of upgrades and too many accessories included to mention here, but you will be able to leave with the RV and immediately camp with all that you need (minus some chairs). Here are just a few: Upgraded rear camera to a flat screen, color camera and monitor with Audio. JVC Head Unit with Apple CarPlay or Android compatibility. Sony Digital Surround sound (factory surround speakers) and active subwoofer for watching movies. DVD player in living room and bedroom, Living Room and Bedroom TV's upgraded to Smart/Flatscreen TV's. All water fixtures replaced (upgraded from original). Washer/Dryer combo and 4-door refrigerator/freezer includes an ice maker with water line. Queen bed has a sleep number mattress. Electric awning has wind sensor for auto-retract. 2 AC units in the ceiling with central air ducting throughout. The furnace works great and we camped in NE Ohio in the dead of winter and this RV kept us warm! Automatic electric leveling jacks work great as well. Full size microwave (convection oven), rare propane stove top WITH oven. Sewer hoses, 50A & 30A cables and adaptors, water hoses (2) and a heated water hose included as well. We would also include bedding, dishes/silverware and much, much more that we would simply not use without the RV.

EVERYTHING works in the RV. Our needs have changed and we just can't use the RV as much as we used to. The RV has some wear of course, but is overall beautiful and has been well loved, as the pictures can attest. Most people we have met at campgrounds tell us that it looks like a 2015 model. We tow a Jeep Wrangler 4 down and would include the Brake Buddy braking system, the hitch and many other extras (full kitchenware, rugs, etc) with the sale of this RV.
