Well taken care off and maintained by elderly gentleman. No damage of any kind. Non
smoker. I would rate the overall condition as excellent. It has a Ford drive train V10 which
in my opinion is the very best! The interior is extra clean and very nice colors. There are
2 large slides, 2 central air duct units and will freeze you if you desire cold temps. 2 tv’s
and a DVD player plus stereo radio and dvd. Plenty of cabinet space over and under. Built
in microwave/convection oven plus stove top oven combo never used. Floor heat by furnace which heats basement too. Plenty of closet space and many drawers in bedroom.
Private commode and extra large shower and sink. 
This is a full basement model that will hold whatever you need. Each compartment locks
to secure your valuables. 
Onan generator looks and runs like new. It only has 239 hrs on a Onan 5500. You can run
both AC central units at same time if you choose.
Tires have less than 200 miles on them. Mechanicals are in great running condition . 
There is a large awning in good condition along with toppers on each slide to protect them.
I also have vinyl coverings for windshield and windows including door window.
I just replaced batteries in unit as part of my maintenance schedule .
I can say with much confidence that you can load up your bags and go on your vacation 
and have fun with your family !
