Description

1996 Tiffin Allegro M-28. 29 foot motorhome. This is great little rig. I have owned it for 4 years and have done over 4k worth of maintenance in that time. The interior is in great shape and everything on the coach seems to be functioning. Cold Roof air, Cold refrigerator, heater blows hot, hot water is very hot. Microwave works, stove burners all work. Sleeps 6 and is ready to use. The outside is sun faded on 2 sides but still looks presentable with no bubbles on the RV.  This length is great easy to drive and can get into all national parks.

*454 v8 plenty of power 39k miles on odometer New engine about 11k miles ago done at a cost of $9,000 by previous owner-Starts right up and runs great.
*Alisson transmission-Working and shifting great.
*Generator with 200 hrs on it-Starts right up.* 2 door refrigerator-Gets cold.
*Oven with 3 top  burners-All burners work.
*1 roof top AC-Blows cold.
*Water heater-Very hot water.
*Microwave-Heats nicely.
* Shower- Works fine.
* Fantastic Fan- Works great.
* Day and night pull-down blinds-Good condition
* Queen bed with storage underneath-Mattress is newer and had a cover on it at all times.
* Couch and dinette-In good shape and add sleeping for four more people.

Recent service include: oil changes, trans service, fridge service, heater service, new tires 4 years ago- still good for 3 years with low miles, engine service, generator service, newer house batteries, brand new engine battery, and new main awning.  I Have receipts.

There are few things that you may or may want to address. The engine cooling fan on the radiator is not the right one and needs to be turned on with a switch I never thought this was an issue. The chassis/ front cab AC is not hooked up. I bought it that way and the old owner did not hook it up because of the new engine I suspect. The mechanics of the cab AC are in tack and may just need a belt and a recharge ( I don’t know because I never addressed this ) The roof is good but could use new coat of roof coating. Had a small leak this winter around a roof vent which I caulked. This is a great starter RV and will be fun for however buys it. The price is firm and cash only. This is priced well below the Nada values. The price I have takes into account the cab AC issue, Engine fan, and roof coating. None of these things will need to be done right now to enjoy. Its ready to go traveling now.  Not to mention 9k worth of engine, 4k worth of recent maintenance, plus tags good until 2022.  $11,450
