Heat is propane. We pay monthly amount of $150 to CHS We fill when gets low. Just need to transfer to your name. They have monitor on it to measure amount of fuel and will send once it gets to 15-20 % and then fill and bill. They have other options. www.chsnw.org. Can pay online. The Rv has been on the road twice, driven about 100 miles. The last year has been stationary at Blue Sky Rv Park in site 26.
It has a current Washington license plate. Will need to transfer into buyers name when purchased.
At Blue Sky- Maintain outside of RV at least once a year. Duritane was applied on outside as protectant. We powerwashed it 2x. Also if need professional call Western Rv Power Wash and Detail. 425-301-6502

Awning- large front awning is electric. Never leave awning out when you are gone or when its windy.
Toilet- Toilet has 65 gallon tank. When ¾ full empty it guage in hall of capacity filled) Put chemical in Campa Chem. Make sure to flush with plenty of water. Has sani flush system Make sure Black tank lever open and grey water is closed when doing. Always use Rv toilet paper (2 ply)
We will leave heated hose. Will protect water from freezing in the winter.
