Thanks for looking at our camper. Our well maintained, upgraded and stored indoor unit is a great unit that our family has enjoyed over the last year. We have added tankless hot water, electric tongue jack, custom side rails for kids bunks and walnut storage bins for the deep closets and over bed storage. I will include a Reese hitch with the camper. Have towed it with a 2018 f150 3.5 eco and with the current 2014 ram Cummins. Both handled the camper well. May be open to selling the truck and trailer as a package deal (97k miles ram crew cab Laramie long bed with Cummins and leer cap with Thule racks).

Gvwr for camper is around 9900 with a dry weight of 6798, plenty of storage, roomy living area (our family of 6 fit well even when we had additional foster baby with us). Bunkhouse dinette is typically utilized as a 3rd bunk. There is still a loan on the camper. I am just trying to break even on the loan to get into a larger camper to use for an extended trip out west next season. Please feel free to ask any questions.will do my best to answer.
