This is an amazing fifth wheel with great features and attention to detail! The front living room layout is so cool. But it is light weight for it's 37 ft size at 9,598 lbs unloaded. It has FOUR SEASON INSULATION. You have great insulation throughout the trailer, that gives you great efficiency for heating and cooling. The job is easily done with the large AC roof mount unit, and an oversized furnace, with supplemental electric heat from the beautiful FIREPLACE. There are so many nice features in this fifth wheel! It has tons of storage built in. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is beautiful with rich warm wood tones and beautiful farmhouse decor. There are also large windows throughout giving great natural light that makes the space LIGHT AND BRIGHT. The living room has 2 comfy euro recliners and a nice hide a bed couch. The furniture is placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has great storage, and the lovely fireplace! It really makes the space look like home. The kitchen is GREAT! The kitchen is fully equipped with double door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, GREAT PANTRY, and microwave/hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The private full bathroom is so functional with TALL CEILINGS! It has a HUGE SHOWER, nice sized sink/vanity, storage, and a commode with lots of room. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, and storage all around the bed. The bedroom is great with nice windows to enjoy the view. This fifth wheel is very spacious with a total of 3 slides across from each other. It has A LARGE ELECTRIC PATIO AWNING for all your outdoor fun!
