Sleeps 7 with scissor couch, bed over bunk, queen mattress in bedroom, and dinette that folds down to a bed. Two slide outs that create a roomy interior.  This model has all the standard features but includes: Tankless gas water heater, Big Foot Automatic Leveling Jacks, Rear backup camera, Side view cameras on the side mirrors, Awnings over both slides, one of which (the big one) was replaced two years ago, Onboard Generator, I have only used Mobil One Synthetic Oil for this engine.

The current mattress is a Queen size which we will be removing and replacing with a brand new mattress. It is extremely thick for that space and we want to take it out. 
Full disclosure: There is a soft spot in the floor behind the driver's seat. I have had an estimate done by a local RV service center to get it fixed for $3500. I made an appointment to get the work done but they will not perform the work until the off season in November. 
List price for this unit would be $71000 (NADA) if you bought it from a dealer. We have our eye on a vacation property so we are selling our Jayco. We still used it with the floor like it is. It does not stop us from camping in it.
I have not seen a used Greyhawk with as low mileage as this one. It has many years of fun left in it.
