This RV is a 2014 (website won't let me edit year) Well maintained RV used about a dozen times with only 8328 miles.  Brand new tires June 2020, Registration paid June 2020 and the transferable warranty is good until March 2022. This one has an excellent floor plan with 1/2 bath mid coach and full bath in the master suite with upgraded memory foam mattress.  It has bunkbeds so no need to make up the couch every night for two kids.  Want to take the grandparents? No problem you can sleep 8 comfortably maybe 9 if smaller children share the dinette bed since there is also a drop down bed above the driver seat.  The furniture is leather and the driver and passenger seat swivel providing for comfortable seating. There are 2 LED TV's inside and one on the exterior under the power retractable awning.  3 popouts provide for plenty of living space after leveling the motorhome with the auto leveling jacks.  RV has a auto tempature controlled exhaust fan with a remote and rain sensor.
