Description

2012 Keystone Raptor 41’ Toy hauler Getaway with the King of the 5th Wheel toyhaulers! This Keystone Raptor Model RP410LEV is a fully equipped 41’ beast that can haul your boy or girl toys for your camping, hunting, or fishing adventures in its’ 10’ garage, along with everything you need to live for a week . . .a month, . . . or longer. The 5KW Onan gasoline generator (1,124 hours) supplies all of the electricity you need, even when both 15,000 btu air conditioners are running. All interior lighting has been upgraded to LED lighting, and all the window coverings stay. There’s even a washer and a dryer for those adventures that get you a little dirty! The master bedroom has a full queen size bed (60”x80”)that hasn’t been slept on more than 10 nights – total, and has storage galore (including under the bed). In the living area there is a flatscreen TV connected to a Sony radio/CD/DVD player that sends your sound to eight speaker and a subwoofer in the coach, and/or two external speakers outside. Two electric awnings cover an area large enough for a dining area or lounge chairs, and a third awning covers the party deck in the back!  Yes, the large ramp converts to a party deck that can be screened off from the coach, and has fencing that can completely enclose the deck for your kids or dogs. The garage area also has a electric Happy Jack system that raises two bunked queen size beds up out of the way when toys are not in the garage. The lower bed also can convert into seating for the garage area or party deck. External storage is excellent, with a large pass-through space for the necessities for camping and traveling. There are two 7 gallon propane tanks that provide you enough fuel for almost 45 days of summer camping, and 14 days of winter camping. It is also equipped with electric leveling jacks front and rear. The heater provides 35,000 btu to warm the coach, and the 12 gallon hot water heater runs off of both electric and propane.  All of the systems are operational, this is a very clean and well-maintained RV. The tires have less than 5K miles on them, and the batteries are new this year. The refueling station for toys is not operative, I just haven’t had the time to get it to the shop for repair – the pricing reflects this. We are asking $33,500 for this beauty. The only cosmetic blemish is the decal on the front of the coach - sun fading due to it's early time in the Texas sun! No trades considered, no owner financing.
