2007 Winnebago Itasca Navion 23B less than 56,000 miles.  Mercedes 2.7 litre diesel engine gets 18-21 miles per gallon.  It comes with rear view camera and cruise control.   

Our clean, comfortable little home is ready for a new owner.  Rear bunks fits two tall people. We made many brand new updates recently: seven Firestone tires, spare tire cover, AGM coach batteries, fuel pump, engine thermostat, cabin air filter, left headlamp assembly, collapsible safety rail in the over-cab bunk, swiveling table, swivel base on front passenger seat, faux wood floor, wallpaper, swiveling smart TV, memory foam bunk mattresses and roof antenna.  The side-facing couch was replaced with a front-facing vinyl double seat with integrated seat belts, one with child seat latch.  The fabric sofa/bed has the lap belts for two.  

The RV runs great.  The engine could get hot occasionally on continuous steep hill climbs at high elevations on extremely hot days.  Maintenance and routine checkup records are available.  Mercedes dealership did recent oil change and thoroughly inspected the engine cooling system.  The RV has normal wear with its age.  We are selling the vehicle as is.
