This highly desirable 62 year old beauty has undergone a five year restoration and refurbish.  The completely gutted interior was painted with Zolatone and a new Marmoleum vinyl floor was installed.  The original layout was retained with all cabinets covered in white oak and lacquered finish.  All original appliances, lighting, detailing and character were retained (even the original “Certificate of Delivery” laminated inside the closet door). The original wall heater was gutted and converted into pantry storage, creating convenient access to kitchen staples.  This 50’s classic includes all new professionally covered upholstery & foam, mattress with topper & bedspread, lined custom draperies and Sunbrella awning.  All interior elements and coverings were selected, coordinated and executed to bring out the rich beauty of this period classic.  

A totally new on-demand water supply and waste drainage system was installed to discharge through a standard RV double valve system.   New on-demand LP gas water heater, city water inlet, flush toilet and shower were installed along with marine faucets in bath and kitchen.  New tanks (fresh water 28 gal, grey water 31.5 gal, shower 6 gal & black water 16.5 gal) have also been installed. These upgrades greatly improve this classic’s usability and ability to get away for remote camping. 

Dual LP gas tanks supply a new black iron gas mainline which tees into four new copper feeder lines with dedicated external shutoff vales for added safety.  A new LP gas heater and thermostat was installed. 

Electrical consists of a new 30A Converter/Charger connected to a new 12V GRP 27 Deep Cycle battery with power cord.  All running light fixtures have been replaced.  

The body is straight and the skin is in great condition for its age, but does need to be re-polished.  This vintage beauty comes equipped with a new axle and electric brakes, new tires, spare tire & mount, new EAZ-Lift weight distribution & sway control system adding to road safety and increasing towing comfort level.
