2020 Jayco Pinnacle 36 FBTS, this fifth wheel is loaded and luxurious.  Pinnacle is Jayco’s top of the line fifth wheel.  You will love it as soon as you step in the door.  We purchased it new January 2020.  We live in it fulltime (non-smokers), taking one trip to Newport, OR 180 miles rt.  This “fiver” is in excellent condition.  We added several items to make it perfect, slide toppers, Splendide stackable washer and dryer,  round drop leaf space-saving dining table with 2 accent arm chairs, Onan 5500 generator.  This generator will run everything if you want to boondock or pullover to take a break.  We also added Winegard DirectTV Trav'LerSatellite System with 3 receivers and DVR unit, kingpin tripod, and Andersen Hitches Trailer Jack Blocks 3608 for extra stability.  Additionally, our fiver has a fresh drinking water system, water filtration system, tire pressure monitoring system, three TVs with one outside, Furrion observation camera, residential size shower, double vanity master bath, half bath for guests, enclosed/heated underbelly, convection/microwave, Norcold four door refrigerator, Insignia four burner gas stove/oven, BMPRO Jay Command System, central vacuum system, huge pass through storage bay, and B&W Companion 20K dual jaw 5th wheel hitch. 
We also purchased new a 2019 Ford F350 Lariat Super Duty 4X4 LB Crew DRW for towing.  This truck is also loaded.  We would consider selling the truck with the fiver.  Mileage 4900
Jayco warranties are not transferable, but many components are still under warranty, i.e. refrigerator, stove, gas furnace, water heater, AC units, and shades to name a few.  We have a binder that includes all warranties and manuals that came with the fifth wheel.
