Description

Chevy C5500 chassis with less than 42,000 miles, well insulated, recent oil/air filter for 8.1 liter engine and 5000 W gas generator (runs off main tank), 6 speed Allison Automatic Transmission. I ran the generator from Waterloo, IL to Branson MO and back last summer running the front roof air conditioner on the RV to keep the back cool and it didn't use any oil, same with the 8.1 liter engine.

All windows just resealed, and new rubber roof treatment applied 2019. Brand new Patio awning and Slide out awning and assembly, and rubber seal for full wall slide out. Just shampooed and cleaned the interior. Four hydraulic jacks, near new tires with new spare tire and rim, 10,000 lb. hitch, 50 amp Service with 13,500 and 11,000 BTU roof A/C units (2nd unit not used unless it's really hot). Dash air and heat work great. Microwave/Convection oven, gas cook top, sleeps 8, everything works as designed. Drives great (alignment/wheel balancing 2019), Cruise Control, Power Windows, Power Brakes, AM/FM CD player in cab. Also replaced the front and rear running lights with LEDs and replaced the rear tail light assemblies.

New surround sound stereo and Blu ray player, new 32" HDTV in living area, new 24" HDTV in bedroom with Blu ray player. Upholstery in great shape, no blemishes or tears, new starter battery (36 mo. free replacement/84 mo. prorated) and two new AGM deep cycle batteries installed 5/15/2020.

There was overhead bunk water damage caused by a leaking side window (factory defect) but that has been fixed. First I removed both the overhead bunk windows, cleaned the seals, siliconed them, reinstalled them correctly and siliconed around the outside frame also. Then I removed the entire bottom part of the bunk and removed all wood products then replace the wood backed fiberglass with aluminum Diamond Plate. I also added more aluminum bracing and R-14 insulation so it is now stronger and better insulated than original. Then I put a solid piece of 3/4" tongue and groove flooring over the top and installed new carpeting. Looks really nice now and should never leak again.

Everything has been fixed. The original brochure shows this model as a 6319 vice 6316 with the full wall side.

This Motorhome has previously been advertised by Pop RVs so anyone who inquired about it with them will not be able to purchase this from me (the owner) for a period of 6 months after the initial inquiry or I have to pay them 10% of the sales price.
