We have a 2005 Newmar Mountain Aire with 53,000 miles. This one has the Chevy 8.1 gas engine, and a 5 speed Allison transmission. 2 year old tires with about 6000 miles on them. This coach has the oak wood cabinets and trim, electric seats, solar panel on roof to keep engine battery charged, leveling jacks, Onan Marquis Gold 5500 generator and a big shower.
