Description

SORRY SALE PENDING* SALE PENDING*SALE PENDING*SALE PENDING*SALE PENDING*SALE PENDING* SALE PENDING  . Please don't hesitate to call if interested. Some of my return e mails may not be arriving to the nice folks who have been asking about this OUTSTANDING motor home :) We purchased her new 2 years ago because we were selling items at various festivals throughout the Carolina's . Until Covid hit and all the festivals stopped.  So now we really don't use it much anymore.  However, we have kept her in FANTASTIC SHAPE, and very well mechanically maintained. For me, two years ago I never would have considered a used motorhome because ,well who knows how they have been maintained ??? What works and what doesn't?  Of course, that's not always the case.  Being retired, I'm personally am always looking for stuff to do. . The rig stays washed and waxed. Even the holding tanks stay clean and serviced. I have been using Dicor Roof Protectant on it at LEAST 3 x /year, also I have her covered when it's not being used for any long periods. We are not smokers, and do not let our pets in it either.  We decided on this 24'  because we don't want to tow a car on our trips. This is a great size to not only take to where you are going, spend the night there comfortably, have meals, and also to get out and ride around, without having to worry much if you will find a parking spot or be able to  drive down a rural country road. Not only that BUT IT FITS NEXT TO MY GARAGE IN MY DRIVEWAY! I don't have to pay storage plus I installed an inexpenisve 30A plug and I keep it plugged in and charging. I remember one summer festival we parked next to an old country gas station in the middle of a historic downtown district. With the generator running our air conditioning, our 40 gallons of fresh water, and the 2 large waste holding tanks we felt like we never left home. The Ford V10 has plenty of power when you need it and being a class C, driving it is like driving your car. The 15000 BTU A/C has always needed to be turned down after a short while and the in dash A/C can freeze you as well . The propane water heater heats very hot water in 10 minutes. We've also added  removable section/seating to the dinette area and made a very cozy alternative to relaxing and watching TV.  There's nothing else that needs to be done to this RV. You will love it as much as we have. PLEASE VIEW OUR VIDEO and call me if interested. 912-312-6076 Thanks, Tony
