Lowered from $85000. This is a 2017 Model RV. A lady bought it new with approximately 3400 miles on it and put approximately 1900 miles on it in the 2 years she owned it and couldn't figure out anything about it. 3 weeks after she bought it, she took it back in and added another $13000 worth of options to it. I bought it with 5,234 miles on it and drove it back from Banning California. My nephew owns a mobile RV repair business in FT Smith. I took him to CA with me to check it out, he is certified to work on these. It now has 7,405 miles on it now. We have never used it. There has never been any damage done to it and the papers are in it from the last oil change. I put 2 new batteries on it recently for $320, I have the receipt. I have taken it to Mercedes of Bentonville for a factory recall on the passenger air bag, which cost nothing. The 14' awning is power and has LED lights built into it plus a light outside the door and a light on the steps when you open the door. It is a 30 amp and has 2 air conditioners, 1 in the cab when driving and one for the rest of the RV. Propane generator, which is part of the $13,000 she added. The heat is propane unless it is plugged in. If I had other issues, I would take it to my nephew in Ft. Smith. He did clean the outside and got the oxidation off of it since it had been sitting in the sun in CA. We built an 18x34 building to store it in to keep it out of the weather. I signed up on "Been Verified" to get the average Market Value which was based on it having 30,000 miles with was $87,952, but this one only has 7405 miles on it. The shower has never been used. The microwave convection oven and stove have never been used. My nephew did winterize it for me when we got it home in November. We are asking $85,000! I also want to add this has everything in it to hook it up, sewer lines, water hose and even the rug to put outside. Also, It has a pioneer stereo system with JBL speakers and a CD/DVD player that is hooked up to the TV. The TV had never been unlocked from the wall. All the remotes are in it along with all the booklets and can have a satellite system that can be installed. There is a hook-up for a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Title in hand, not financed.
