This Thor Motor Coach Chateau 22B is in like new condition. We have owned it since July of 2017 when we bought it with 3000 miles on it. It has always been stored INDOORS when not being used and gets a full cleaning inside and out each time it is used. I have religiously changed the oil in the motor every 3,000 miles with Motorcraft 5W-30 and a new filter each time. All six tires have been replaced within the last 3,000 miles as well and a front end alignment was performed with the new tires. I did opt for the Michelin CrossClimate Agilis tires that are "C" rated which gives the coach more weight carrying capacity than the tires that were original equipment. 

The interior is in like new condition as well- no rips, tears, or blemishes of any kind. In fact, it still has that "new RV" smell as soon as you walk inside it. We picked this floorplan because it has the bed slide, which provides for a comfortable bedroom setup as well as a full seperate bathroom with a full size shower and a porcelain toilet. It is probably one of the "best bang for the buck" setups you can get- maximum living space in a smaller, easier to drive chassis. This is one of the smallest, lightest coaches that they make on the E450 chassis, so this particular unit is rated for 8,000 lbs. towing whereas most of the larger ones are limited to 5k.

This particular model comes with a Cummins Onan QG 4000 generator (104 hrs. on it), 32" TV w/ DVD player, bed slide awning, full length LED lit main awning (electric), outside electrical receptacles, 6 gallon hot water heater (propane and/or electric), electric bed slide, 30 amp service, 13,500 BTU A/C, 19,000 BTU propane/electric heater, touch screen infotainment system in the cab, 6.0 cubic foot refrigerator, 3 burner propane stove w/ oven, 9.6 gallon propane tank, 37 gallon gray tank, 24.5 gallon black water tank, 55 gallon fuel tank, front receiver hitch, and a bumper mounted accessory hitch in addition to the main receiver hitch,
