1. yearly maintenance service with an oil change on the engine and on the generator,
2. AC serviced,
3. propane check,
4. water heater service,
5. the front door lock repaired,
6. the jacks serviced and a valve replaced,
7. the slide railing blocks have been replaced on all 4 slides,
8. back bed seal over the engine replaced,
9. the front dash AC has been serviced a leak repaired and filled with freon
10. and we put on 2 slideout toppers.
11. Four 6 volt House batteries replaced $1120 July 2021

Since April of 2021, we have invested around 0ver $6,000 dollars in upkeep and repairs as we were considering keeping the RV longer.
We actually just found out from the bank that the title is marked as "salvage" because it had an accedent in 2011 in Caifornia. They must have much strickter parameters out there It was meticulously repaired because you would never know from examining outside or underneath. It's perfect. So you'll need to be a cash buyer.
Allison 3000 transmission

Smooth ride with air suspension. Air brakes. Full-size home refrigerator. Queen size bed. I sleep better on it than the one at home.
Just took a trip from Colorado to Florida last June, everything worked fine. The exterior body is in good condition, not excellent, not poor just good. From a distance, you think, wow, it looks amazing but up close you'll see the typical road dings found on a 15-year-old rig. The Interior carpet has been recently cleaned but it is old, you might want to replace it.

Lots of storage inside and out. Beautiful light-colored wood cabinets.
