It is a self contained unit that can sleep 7. We are the second owner and knew the first, It has been on a couple of cross country trips and is well loved. It has new breaks and rotors along with 7 brand new tires with 4200 miles on them. We are including all wheel and windshield covers. It has an after market Magellin RV GPS and back up camera.
